Our Focus
BabsFoundation was built in the memory of Professor Michael Babalola, a staunch believer in education as the key to opportunity and the ticket out of poverty, to nurture, encourage and inspire students of various backgrounds but with common traits- hard work and diligence.
Our Mission
The foundation aims to inspire, encourage, support hardworking and underprivileged elementary and secondary (high) school students.
Our Vision
A world where every child has access to the best education, resources, and support required to maximize their life's potential.
This great foundation has inspired and encouraged me academically and in other phases of my life. Payment of my tuition fees; free tutorial classes helped me in achieving excellent O-level and UTME results; coachings and counseling during my Post-UTME tests; motivation and sponsorship of my ICT classes with the provision of gadgets and materials needed. I am so blessed to be part of this wonderful foundation.

MT BABS Foundation has been a foundation that I’ll forever remember. This foundation aimed at developing academic excellence has helped many students, of which I’m a beneficiary. I remember the day I was granted admission to study Industrial and Production Engineering at FUTA, and things were quite difficult for my parents at that time. With the help of this foundation, I was able to pay my school fees which is a sum of one hundred thousand naira. I’m really grateful to them for this financial assistance, and this really matters a lot to me because it made me believe that there’s someone who believes in me, that I have all it takes to be the best I can be, and that my goals aren’t far fetched. I express my sincere gratitude to Mr. Afolabi Babalola, the founder of MT BABS Foundation, and other sponsors who made this foundation a success. God bless you all.

MTBABSFOUNDATION has benefited many students in which I am opportune to be one of them. My name is Ibukun Adeola, an Agricultural Extension and Rural Development student of the prestigious University of Ibadan, 100 level. My first year in the university is being sponsored by this foundation which is an answered prayer for me, which could have been a barrier to my academics after the deceased of my father. My success story (in the nearest future) will not be complete without the name of this foundation being mentioned. God bless MT Babs Foundation.

The foundation has been of great help to me and has been a source of external motivation to me while I was writing my exams amidst the lockdown. The foundation also provided free and high-quality tutorials for my POST-UTME, of which I was able to score very high and gain admission.
-I was able to gain connections with people in my dream institution and the experience went far into cementing my success in the exam. I am extremely grateful and I feel blessed to be a part of the foundation.

Majorly, the foundation has been of great help for me in honing my teaching, leadership and interpersonal skills, as one of the tutors for the post-UTME class in during the pandemic lockdown. In addition to that, the foundation offered me a scholarship grant of N50,000 while resuming a new academic session in February 2021, which helped address some of my financial needs at that time.

Interacting and working with elites and savants from different cultures, philosophies, and backgrounds here on campus has been tremendously and significantly towering my capacity(in integrity, courage, and skill) to help my world. I am grateful to the M.T. Babalola foundation for providing me with funds for tuition fees, housing, book purchase, and living allowances from my first year to my preclinical.

The MTBabs Scholarship foundation made me realize how the process of being able to work hard for success really is. I've never doubted my ability to succeed ever since I joined the foundation,It builds and strengthened me to face challenges. The textbook provided by the foundation helped a lot because I couldn't afford to buy it, my tuition fees were paid as well. The extra classes like jamb and post utme classes organized was of great help during the exam. I had 301 in 2020 UTME exam
With all these and more I say a big Thank you to the Founder, Mr Afolabi and his friends that are helping him.
I pray he never lack and he will always find favour, his children will be favoured and God will continue to bless and provide for him and give him strength to always be there for us.

Ranging from career and mentorship seminars, monetary awards and incentives, free pre and post examinations coaching, scholarship awards and sponsorship to a whole lot more, I'm quite glad and grateful for being one of this Scholarship's beneficiaries. To be completely honest, I can wholeheartedly say I wouldn't be where I am today if not for Professor M.T Babalola Memorial Foundation Scholarship.
